Welcome to Fasin India. By purchasing our membership and utilizing our vacation booking portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.
Membership Duration & Stays
- Members are entitled to a specific number of holiday stay nights annually based on their chosen tier (Classic, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
- Holiday requests are subject to resort availability and must be requested via the Member Dashboard at least 15 days in advance.
- Accumulated stay nights must be redeemed within their respective calendar year unless rolled over under standard tier privileges.
Simulated Payments & Billing
All timeshare pricing is upfront as listed. All payment procedures made online are co-branded with secure bank processing structures. Fasin India reserves the right to suspend stay approvals if membership transaction clearances are disputed.
